Purpose

The purpose of this game is to showcase the potential of blockchain technology in the real estate and property investment industry. By leveraging smart contracts, cryptocurrencies, decentralized finance concepts, and trading, we aim to create a small ecosystem for property trading using simulated tokenized assets in the Charlotte, NC housing market. This game serves as a bridge to help real estate and property investment professionals understand the benefits of a cost-effective, trustless, and efficient peer-to-peer system.

Game Instructions

1. Start by acquiring the Single Family - Lincoln Heights property for free.

2. Renovate and rent out properties from the Manage Property page to start earning $RENT tokens.

3. Use your $RENT tokens to invest in more properties on the Property Marketplace.

4. As you accumulate more properties and tokens, you can trade them on the OpenSea marketplace using the contract address: 0x8bFa09FD2172B9E62B497Ac1FE872721A6BBe4A9. This collection simulates a Zillow or Redfin-like platform where properties can be filtered and sorted by various attributes like neighborhood, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. The chain of title for each property's ownership can also be tracked by viewing the transactions.
